Emma Courtney MRICS, Founding Director
Emma Courtney is a chartered surveyor with extensive experience in the UK real estate sector. She holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Real Estate from the University of Salford and completed her Master's degree in Real Estate Development at the University of Manchester.
Emma qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2021 and has since held senior positions in leading organisations across the North West and Yorkshire. Her professional expertise includes leasing and disposals, asset management, landlord and tenant advisory, and providing strategic guidance on large-scale regeneration projects.
Emma works with clients to deliver commercially focused property solutions, supporting asset performance and long-term value creation as well as transactional management.
Kevin Aspin MRICS, Founding Director
Kevin is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 35 years' experience in the property industry, having begun his career in local government. Since August 2012, Kevin has owned and led Aspin and Company, providing professional property services to a wide range of public and private sector clients across the UK.
He specialises in valuation, commercial lease advisory, compulsory purchase and property development. Kevin also lectures in Valuation, Statutory Valuation and asset management at the University of Salford and has lectured at several universities for over 20 years. He also plays a very active role within the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
