Kevin Aspin MRICS - Director

I am a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 35 years’ experience in the property industry having started my career in Local Government. I set up Aspin and Company in August 2012 and proud to be at the helm of a Company that has grown to ten employees since providing services a wide range of public and private sector clients across the Country I have particular expertise in Valuation, Commercial lease advisory, Compulsory Purchase and Compensation and Property Development. I also lecture in Valuation, Statutory Valuation and Asset Management at the University of Salford and have lectured across a number of Universities for over 20 years. I also part own Surveyor Support Limited which is a Training Company providing training for property professionals throughout Europe. In my limited spare time, I enjoy heritage railways and cherished buildings as well as the odd ‘spin class’

Matt Iceton MRICS - Chartered Surveyor | RICS Registered Valuer

Matthew’s work includes providing a range of valuation and strategic asset management advice to assist his clients with the management of investment portfolios and various property assets. Other areas of expertise include Compulsory Purchase, Development Appraisals and Residual Valuations, Landlord & Tenant advice including lease renewals, rent reviews and new lettings, and Pension Fund Valuations.

David Hagerty MRICS - Consultant Chartered Surveyor | RICS Registered Valuer

Following a successful 30 year career with Tameside Council as a Senior Estates Officer, David began consulting to Aspin & Co. in 2012. He specialises in valuation, management of commercial land and property, landlord and tenant, acquisition and disposal. David also specialises in residential Asset and Beacon valuation work leading on all projects for Local Authorities and Housing Associations such as Barnsley and Rotherham Borough Council.
