Kevin Aspin MRICS - Director

Aspin & Company was founded by Kevin Aspin in 2012 and has now grown to be an established firm of Chartered Surveyors providing a range of professional property services across a wealth of sectors including private investment, local government, public services and domestic markets. Kevin Aspin has held a passion for the property profession since 12. Educated at Hyde Grammar School and later at the former Manchester College of Building where he was awarded a number of National Prizes in Valuation and Planning & Development culminating in qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991.

Matt Iceton MRICS - Chartered Surveyor | RICS Registered Valuer

Matthew’s work includes providing a range of valuation and strategic asset management advice to assist his clients with the management of investment portfolios and various property assets. Other areas of expertise include Compulsory Purchase, Development Appraisals and Residual Valuations, Landlord & Tenant advice including lease renewals, rent reviews and new lettings, and Pension Fund Valuations.

Thomas Turner MRICS - Chartered Surveyor | RICS Registered Valuer

Tom has been with Aspin & Co. for over 5 years and regularly undertakes work for both Private Sector and Public Sector clients, acting as a part-time consultant to a major Local Authority within Greater Manchester. His knowledge of valuation for both residential, commercial and development purposes is extensive and well rounded. In Tom's spare time he kept very busy with his family commitments and his newborn baby, but manages to still fit in the odd round of golf to keep him sharp playing off a handicap of only 3!

Naomi Bates MRICS - Chartered Surveyor | RICS Registered Valuer

Within Naomi's 3 years at Aspin & Co. she has I have grown in confidence and ability whilst successfully completing her APC in November 2022. Naomi undertakes work for both Private Sector and Public Sector clients and I am coherent in both Valuation for Residential and Commercial Premises, recently completing a 12 month full time consultancy post within a large London based NHS Trust. In her spare time she can be found exploring the Lake District or hosting friends and family for dinner parties.

David Hagerty MRICS - Consultant Chartered Surveyor | RICS Registered Valuer

Following a successful 30 year career with Tameside Council as a Senior Estates Officer, David began consulting to Aspin & Co. in 2012. He specialises in valuation, management of commercial land and property, landlord and tenant, acquisition and disposal. David also specialises in residential Asset and Beacon valuation work leading on all projects for Local Authorities and Housing Associations such as Barnsley and Rotherham Borough Council.
